Distinctive features
- World Athletics Gold Label Race.
- The marathon is capped at 9,000 runners, starts at 06:30, has a 5h30 limit, and finishes at Taipei Stadium.
- The half marathon is capped at 19,000 runners, starts at 07:00, has a 3h limit, and finishes on Nanjing East Road Section 4 before Jiankang Road.
- Half-marathon lottery and payment results remain available; all associated registration and payment deadlines have passed.
- The marathon course leaves City Hall Plaza for central Taipei roads, Beian Road, Neihu riverside/elevated sections, and Taipei Stadium; the half marathon also starts downtown, then works through Zhongshan North Road, Beian Road, Mingshui Road, Tiding Boulevard, and Nanjing East Road.
Runner notes
- The marathon and half marathon finish in different places: the marathon finishes at Taipei Stadium, while the half finishes on Nanjing East Road Section 4 before Jiankang Road. Plan post-race meetups and transport accordingly.
- Both races start from City Hall Plaza, but the half marathon starts 30 minutes after the marathon.
- Half-marathon entrants must have been born in 2008 or earlier; runners under 18 may not register.
- In-person packet pickup is December 17–18 from 13:00–20:00 and December 19 from 11:00–18:00 at Expo Dome. Race-day check-in and packet pickup are not available.
- Domestic packets are scheduled to ship December 10–15; address changes are due by November 6. Standard refund requests are due September 29 at 17:00 and return 80% of the entry fee.
