Race details
Distinctive features
- A 6K charity event organized by World Vision Taiwan, starting at the Egg-Shaped Plaza in Dajia Riverside Park and supporting clean-water projects.
- Choose the Jerry Can weighted-carry experience or the general 6K run. They share the distance but offer different ways to participate.
- Both categories use chips. The weighted experience prioritizes safe carrying, not speed or a conventional running personal best.
Runner notes
- The weighted category starts at 07:30 and closes at 09:30. General experience starts in two waves from 07:45 and closes at 09:45. Both have a two-hour limit; the event ends at 10:30.
- Collect your Jerry Can and chip from 06:00 to 07:15 and return them after finishing. Staff set the water load; do not change it yourself.
- The weighted category is for participants born in 2015 or earlier. Under-6s in general experience need an accompanying parent; under-12s need parental permission. All under-18 entrants need guardian consent.
- Race-pack delivery is scheduled to start March 8, 2027, with postage charged separately. Bag storage opens at 06:00.
