San Francisco Half Marathon & 5K

Course and event highlights

• The point-to-point courses travel east to west through Golden Gate Park and finish on Bernice Rodgers Way near Martin Luther King Drive.
• The half marathon continues through the Panhandle and Sunset Dunes with Pacific Ocean views. It is USATF-certified as CA22029DT.
• The 5K is a fast, net-downhill route on JFK Promenade and the Golden Mile. It is USATF-certified as CA26001DT and starts at 8:20 AM.
• Half marathon runners must reach mile 5.6 at Blue Heron Lake by 9:35 AM (16:22 per mile). The finish remains open until noon.
