Want to join a relay, or need runners for your team? Choose a race, meet new teammates (and friends), and make race day a shared adventure.

I need a team

You do not need a full team to start. Choose a race you want to run and post that you are looking for teammates.

Our team needs runners

One leg short, or a few places to fill? Share your team's goals and the runners you need.

Pick your next relay

From Taiwan's trails to Japan's ekidens. Find a race you want to run, then find the people to share it with.

Some finishes are better shared

From my finish to our finish

Run your leg, cheer for your teammates and share the satisfaction of a team result.

Find your kind of challenge

Short loops, mountain trails or an overnight journey: compare each leg's distance, terrain and cutoffs to find your fit.

Make a trip of it

From a weekend relay in Taiwan to an ekiden trip to Japan, the preparation and journey can be part of the story.

How it works

  1. Choose a relay

Check the date, place, relay category and team requirements. Start with a race you want to run.

  2. Post your team search

Sign in, choose whether you need a team or runners, and share your plans, goals and available places for that edition.

  3. Connect and make plans

Open a runner's name to learn more and request an introduction. After acceptance, continue through the LINE link or email shared privately with you.

View and manage introduction requests in your account. When accepting, you choose which contact details to share.

Finding teammates is separate from official registration. Confirm your roster's eligibility and register with the organizer.

Before you team up

  • Your goal: enjoy the finish or chase a time?
  • Leg distances, terrain and expected pace
  • Entry requirements, roster and availability
  • Entry fees, travel and accommodation

Planning an ekiden trip to Japan? Check category rules for age, gender, residency or school/employer affiliation, and how overseas teams can enter.

A few things worth knowing

Can I start without a team?

Yes. Choose a relay and publish that you are looking for a team. Whether you can form a team depends on compatible plans and the race's requirements.

Do I need to be fast?

Not necessarily. Categories and teams have different goals. Check the leg distances, cutoffs and team expectations before deciding.

Must my whole PB Circle be public?

No. Publishing a team search makes the details you choose for that listing public, not your private PB Circle profile.

Are my LINE or email details public?

No. When accepting an introduction, your chosen contact is shared only with that participant. Keep contact details out of public listing descriptions.

Does a connection register our team?

No. Agree your roster, confirm eligibility and complete registration separately through the organizer.

Can we form a team for Japan?

Start with one of our listed Japanese relays. Age, roster, overseas entry and capacity rules vary, so confirm them before booking travel.

A new starting line. A few more people to share it with.
