Terms

Your use of our website is under these conditions:

1. 1. Data Scraping & Bot Ban

You cannot use bots, scrapers, or automatic scripts to copy data from this site. You may not harvest our race lists, results, or user information.

2. 2. Information Accuracy (Use at Your Own Risk)

We compile race information from automated systems and third parties. We do not guarantee that race dates, times, or links are always accurate or up to date. Check official sources before booking travel or registering; you use our data at your own risk.

3. 3. Our Right to Your Uploads

When you submit a race, text, or image to our platform, you give us a permanent, worldwide license to display and format it. You confirm that you own the rights to anything you upload. We can remove any content at our sole discretion.

You agree that PaoBaoDao may display your public name, race name, date, distance, finish time, and supplemental information you provide on your public runner page. You can make your Race CV private in your account, or request correction or removal.

4. 4. Age Limit

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or save races on this site. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use our interactive features.

5. 5. No Liability for Events

We are a discovery directory, not a race organizer. We have no control over event safety, cancellations, scheduling changes, or refunds. Any issues or disputes must be handled directly with the race director.

Journey Cookie

To improve race-result and sign-in flows, selected journeys use a first-party cookie lasting up to 60 days to record page visits, important button actions and sign-in stages. The cookie contains no name or email, and these records exclude search text and form contents. It is not used for cross-site tracking. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; we also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
